¼ cup milk

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 ½ cups chopped apple (like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a muffin tin with liners or grease.

2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

3. In another bowl, whisk brown sugar, egg, Greek yogurt, milk, vanilla, and melted butter until smooth.
