2 eggs

23 slices of cooked bacon (crispy)

Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

1 tsp olive oil or butter (for frying eggs)

Fresh chives or parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Optional: red pepper flakes, lemon juice, or hot sauce


Instructions
