Ingredients

2 ½ cups white chocolate chips

1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk

¼ cup Bailey’s Irish Cream

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

2 tablespoons dark chocolate, melted (optional, for drizzle)


Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch square pan with parchment paper, allowing some overhang. Lightly grease it.

2. In a saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips, condensed milk, and butter. Stir constantly until melted and smooth.

3. Remove from heat and stir in Bailey’s and vanilla extract until well mixed.

4. Pour mixture into prepared pan and smooth the top. Drizzle with melted dark chocolate if using.

5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until firm. Slice into squares and serve.

Notes

This fudge sets best when chilled overnight.

For stronger Bailey’s flavor, add up to ⅓ cup—but reduce the condensed milk slightly.
