Ingredients

12 oz spaghetti

1 lb ground beef

3 cups spaghetti sauce

8 oz cream cheese, softened

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

3. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain fat.

4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and spaghetti sauce to the beef. Simmer for 5–10 minutes.

5. In a large bowl, mix the warm cooked spaghetti with cream cheese until well coated.

6. Layer half the meat sauce in the baking dish. Add the cream cheese spaghetti, then top with the remaining meat sauce.

7. Sprinkle mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top.

8. Bake for 25–30 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

9. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the meat sauce.

Letting the casserole rest before serving helps it set and slice cleanly.
