Ingredients

4 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into wedges

4 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

1/2 teaspoon paprika

Salt and black pepper to taste

1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment or lightly grease.
  2. Toss potato wedges in olive oil and season with garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place wedges skin-side down on the baking sheet and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  4. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through.
  5. Garnish with parsley and serve hot with dipping sauce.
