Ingredients

1 lb chicken breast (boneless, skinless)

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup buffalo sauce

2 cloves garlic (minced)

2 tbsp butter

1 cup vegetable oil (for frying)

8 oz twisted pasta (rotini or cavatappi)

1 1/4 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup parmesan cheese (grated)

2 oz cream cheese

1 tsp Cajun seasoning

1 tbsp ranch seasoning

2 tbsp butter

2 cloves garlic (minced)


Instructions

1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Toss in flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

2. Heat oil in a skillet and fry the chicken until golden and crispy. Set aside on paper towels.

3. In a saucepan, melt butter and add minced garlic. Stir in buffalo sauce. Toss in chicken to coat.

4. Boil pasta in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.

5. In another skillet, melt butter, sauté garlic, then add cream cheese, heavy cream, Cajun, and ranch seasoning. Stir until creamy.

6. Mix in parmesan until melted. Add pasta and stir until fully coated.

7. Serve pasta topped with buffalo garlic chicken. Garnish with parsley or extra cheese if desired.

Notes

For crispier chicken, double-coat in flour and let it rest 5 minutes before frying.

To keep leftovers tasting fresh, store chicken and pasta separately and reheat chicken in an oven or air fryer.
