Ingredients

1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies

8 oz cream cheese, softened

12 oz white chocolate or vanilla candy coating

Granulated sugar (for topping)

Fondant or candy melts in pink and white (for bunny ears)

Optional: pinch of salt to balance sweetness


Instructions

  1. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by sealing them in a zip-top bag and rolling over them with a rolling pin.
  2. Mix the crushed Oreos with softened cream cheese until a dough-like consistency forms.
  3. Scoop out 1-tablespoon portions and roll them into balls. Place on a parchment-lined tray.
  4. Chill in the freezer for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  5. Melt white chocolate or candy coating according to package instructions.
  6. Dip each ball into the melted coating, let excess drip off, and return to tray.
  7. Sprinkle with granulated sugar while coating is still wet.
  8. Add bunny ears using fondant or candy melts, securing with a dot of melted chocolate.
