4 bone-in or boneless pork chops

2 tablespoons butter
4 cloves garlic, minced

½ teaspoon paprika

4 large russet or Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and cubed

¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions
- Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
- Peel and cut the potatoes into even-sized chunks.
- Place them in a pot, cover with water, and add a pinch of salt.
- Boil over medium-high heat, then reduce to a simmer for 15-20 minutes, or until fork-tender.
