Ingredients

3 egg yolks
200 g all-purpose flour

Instructions

3. Sift together flour and baking powder, then mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
4. Wrap dough in plastic wrap and chill for at least 1 hour.
5. Roll dough to 1.5 cm thick and cut out rounds. Place in muffin tins.
6. Bake at 325°F (160°C) for 18–22 minutes until golden.
7. Let cookies cool in tins before removing and serving.
