2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp cracked black pepper
2 tbsp balsamic glaze
Instructions

2. While pasta cools, halve the cherry tomatoes, tear the basil leaves, and prepare the mozzarella pearls.
3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil. Drizzle olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss gently to combine.
4. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top just before serving. Serve immediately or chill for later.
Notes
Add grilled chicken or avocado for a heartier version.
