Ingredients

2 cans refrigerated biscuit dough

1/2 cup granulated sugar

1 tablespoon cinnamon

2 medium Granny Smith apples, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup unsalted butter

1 cup brown sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

3/4 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons milk

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a Bundt pan generously.

2. Cut biscuit dough into quarters. Peel and chop apples into small cubes.

3. In a zip-top bag, mix cinnamon and granulated sugar. Add biscuit pieces and shake to coat.

4. Layer half the biscuit pieces into the pan, then add half the chopped apples. Repeat with the rest.

5. In a saucepan, melt butter with brown sugar until bubbling. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla.

6. Pour caramel sauce evenly over the dough mixture in the pan.

7. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until golden and cooked through.

8. Cool for 10 minutes, then invert onto a serving plate.

9. Mix powdered sugar and milk into a glaze. Drizzle over the monkey bread.

10. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Don’t skip greasing the Bundt pan—monkey bread sticks easily.

You can prep the layers the night before, cover, and refrigerate. Just add the sauce and bake in the morning.
