Ingredients

Brownie Base:

1 cup unsalted butter, melted

1½ cups granulated sugar

¾ cup brown sugar

4 large eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

½ tsp salt

Cheesecake Layer:

16 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup granulated sugar

1 large egg

1 tsp vanilla extract

Caramel & Topping:

½ cup thick caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)

½ cup Nutella (slightly warmed)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
  2. Make brownie batter: Mix melted butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Reserve 1 cup of batter.
  3. Prepare cheesecake: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
  4. Assemble: Spread brownie batter in pan. Pour cheesecake mix over it. Drizzle caramel. Drop spoonfuls of reserved brownie batter. Swirl gently.
  5. Bake for 35–40 minutes until just set. Cool 30 minutes, then chill for 2+ hours.
  6. Drizzle Nutella on top. Chill to set or enjoy immediately.
