Ingredients
Brownie Base:

1½ cups granulated sugar

4 large eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour

Cheesecake Layer:
16 oz cream cheese, softened
½ cup granulated sugar
1 large egg
1 tsp vanilla extract
Caramel & Topping:
½ cup thick caramel sauce (homemade or store-bought)
½ cup Nutella (slightly warmed)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9×13-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Make brownie batter: Mix melted butter with sugars. Add eggs and vanilla. Stir in flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Reserve 1 cup of batter.
- Prepare cheesecake: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, egg, and vanilla; mix until creamy.
- Assemble: Spread brownie batter in pan. Pour cheesecake mix over it. Drizzle caramel. Drop spoonfuls of reserved brownie batter. Swirl gently.
