5 medium russet or Yukon Gold potatoes, thinly sliced

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk or heavy cream

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions
