Ingredients
3 cups cooked chicken, chopped or shredded
2 cups diced ham
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or elbow macaroni)
1 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
½ cup milk
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko preferred)
2 tbsp melted butter
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked chicken, diced ham, and cooked pasta.
- In a separate bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, milk, Dijon mustard, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
