Ingredients
12 oz egg noodles
3 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups frozen peas and carrots
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 sleeve Ritz crackers, crushed
4 tbsp melted butter
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 350°F and cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
2. In a large bowl, combine chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese, peas and carrots, garlic powder, and onion powder.
3. Add the cooked noodles to the mixture and gently combine until well coated.
4. Spread mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
5. Mix crushed Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle evenly over casserole.
6. Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes until the topping is golden and the casserole is bubbly.
7. Let it rest for 5 minutes before serving.
