Ingredients
1 lb chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup long grain white rice
3 garlic cloves, minced
3 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions

2. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.
