2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
6 ounces stuffing mix, prepared
1 cup chicken broth, divided
1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup carrots, diced
1/2 cup celery, diced
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
1. Prepare the stuffing mix according to package directions and set aside.
2. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté onion, celery, and carrots over medium heat for 5–7 minutes until softened.
3. In a large bowl, mix cooked chicken, sautéed veggies, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and half the chicken broth.
