Ingredients
4 cups Rice Chex
2 cups Corn Chex
2 cups Chocolate Chex
1 cup mini pretzels
1⁄2 cup unsalted butter
1⁄2 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
1. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat until fully liquefied.
2. Stir in the vanilla extract and remove from heat.
3. In a large mixing bowl, combine all three Chex cereals and mini pretzels.
4. Pour the warm butter mixture over the cereal and pretzels. Toss gently to coat.
5. In a small bowl, mix sugar and cinnamon.
6. Sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture over the coated mix while tossing to cover evenly.
7. Spread mixture out on a parchment-lined baking sheet to cool and set for about 10 minutes.
8. Once cooled, store in an airtight container or serve immediately.
