6 slices day-old brioche or challah bread, cubed
3 large eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1/4 cup heavy cream

2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
Cinnamon sugar topping: mix 1/4 cup sugar with 1 tsp cinnamon
