Ingredients

1 cup unsalted butter

1 ½ cups granulated sugar

¾ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

3 large eggs

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1 cup all-purpose flour

8 oz cream cheese (softened)

½ cup powdered sugar

1 teaspoon vanilla extract (for cheesecake layer)

12 chocolate sandwich cookies (roughly crushed)


Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper.

2. In a saucepan, melt the butter, then stir in sugar and cocoa powder until smooth.

3. Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.

4. Fold in flour and salt until just combined. Set aside.

5. In a separate bowl, beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
