Ingredients

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts

0.5 teaspoon salt

0.5 teaspoon black pepper

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 tablespoons ranch dressing

4 slices provolone cheese

0.5 cup panko breadcrumbs

0.5 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

0.5 teaspoon garlic powder

2 tablespoons melted butter

Instructions

1. Pound chicken breasts to 0.5 inch thickness and season with salt and pepper.

2. Heat olive oil in skillet over medium-high. Sear chicken for 4–5 minutes per side until golden and cooked through.

3. Transfer chicken to baking dish and spread 2 tablespoons ranch dressing over each breast.

4. Top each piece with 2 slices of provolone cheese.

5. In a small bowl, mix panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, and melted butter until crumbly.

6. Spoon breadcrumb mixture on top of chicken.

7. Broil on high for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly and topping is golden.

8. Serve immediately with your favorite sides.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to ensure chicken reaches 165°F for perfect doneness.

For an extra crispy crust, add a few more minutes under the broiler—but watch closely!
