3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon lemon zest
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
