Ingredients

170 g butter, melted

300 g brown sugar

2 large eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

250 g all-purpose flour

1 tsp baking powder

0.5 tsp salt

120 g white chocolate chips

100 g dried cranberries

225 g cream cheese, softened

200 g powdered sugar

1 tsp orange zest

30 g dried cranberries (for topping)

30 g white chocolate chips (for topping)

30 g white chocolate, melted (for drizzle)

Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a 9×13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth.

3. Add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until fully incorporated.

4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, and salt.

5. Gradually combine dry ingredients with the wet mixture.

6. Fold in white chocolate chips and dried cranberries.

7. Spread batter evenly in the pan and bake for 20–24 minutes or until golden and set.

8. Cool completely before frosting.

9. Beat cream cheese until smooth, then mix in powdered sugar and orange zest.

10. Spread frosting evenly over cooled bars.

11. Top with more cranberries and white chocolate chips.

12. Drizzle with melted white chocolate and chill before slicing.

Notes

Make sure the bars are completely cool before frosting to prevent melting.

For cleaner cuts, chill the bars for 20–30 minutes before slicing.
