Ingredients
12 oz bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook bowtie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
