6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs

2 tablespoons butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

2 tablespoons tomato paste

1 cup heavy cream

1 teaspoon garam masala

1 teaspoon cumin

1/2 teaspoon turmeric

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Heat a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken thighs until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
