Ingredients
300g rotini pasta
2 chicken breasts
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
3 garlic cloves, minced
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 cups milk
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tablespoon chopped parsley (optional)
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
1. Boil the rotini pasta in salted water until al dente. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside.
2. Season the chicken breasts with Cajun seasoning, salt, and pepper.
