Ingredients

1 ½ pounds chicken breasts

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

1 can (10 oz) Rotel tomatoes with green chilies

8 ounces cream cheese, cubed

1 cup chicken broth

2 teaspoons garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon black pepper

8 ounces spaghetti noodles

1 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese


Instructions

1. Place chicken breasts in the bottom of your slow cooker.

2. Add cream of chicken soup, Rotel tomatoes, cream cheese, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.

3. Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours, until the chicken is tender.

4. Shred the chicken directly in the crockpot using two forks.

5. Stir to combine the shredded chicken with the creamy sauce.

6. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and stir again.

7. In a separate pot, cook spaghetti noodles according to package instructions, then drain.

8. Fold the cooked noodles into the crockpot mixture.

9. Serve hot, garnished with extra cheese or parsley if desired.

Notes

Cook the pasta separately to prevent it from becoming mushy in the crockpot.

To thin the sauce when reheating, add a splash of milk or chicken broth.
