1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces

8 oz spaghetti

1 cup heavy cream

4 cloves garlic, minced

3 tbsp butter

1 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp Italian seasoning

0.5 tsp salt

0.25 tsp black pepper

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat olive oil and 1 tbsp butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.

2. Add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and sear until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

3. In the same skillet, melt remaining butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.

4. Pour in heavy cream, stir, and reduce heat to low.

5. Add Parmesan cheese gradually, stirring until the sauce thickens.

6. Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper to taste.

7. Cook spaghetti in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and toss with a little butter.

8. Return chicken to the sauce and stir to coat evenly.

9. Plate the spaghetti and spoon chicken with sauce on top or beside it.

10. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan if desired.

Notes

For best results, always grate Parmesan fresh instead of using pre-shredded cheese.
