8 oz penne pasta

3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
½ cup grated parmesan cheese

½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp unsalted butter
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
