Ingredients

12 oz egg noodles

3 cups shredded cooked chicken

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup sour cream

1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup

2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup frozen peas and carrots

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon onion powder

1 teaspoon salt

½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the egg noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

3. Add the cooked noodles, shredded chicken, peas and carrots, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir gently to combine.

4. Transfer the mixture to a greased 9×13 baking dish and spread evenly.

5. Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese over the top.

6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25–30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden.

7. Let it rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Notes

You can use rotisserie chicken to make prep even faster.

Add crushed butter crackers or French-fried onions on top before baking for extra crunch.
