Ingredients

12 oz fettuccine pasta

1 lb ground beef

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic minced

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese freshly grated

1 tsp salt

½ tsp black pepper

1 tsp Italian seasoning

2 tbsp fresh parsley chopped (optional)


Instructions

1. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned and cooked through. Drain excess grease and set aside.

2. In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

3. Pour in heavy cream and simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan cheese until sauce is smooth and thick.

4. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in the cooked beef.

5. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package directions until al dente. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water.

6. Drain pasta and add to the skillet. Toss to coat, using pasta water to loosen the sauce if needed.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
