Description

Rich, creamy, and ultra-comforting, this Creamy Ramen Recipe is your answer to quick meals that feel like a warm hug. It’s made with pantry staples like instant noodles, broth, garlic, and milk, creating a velvety broth that wraps each noodle in savory goodness. Ideal for busy weeknights, fast lunches, or lazy weekends, this dish delivers serious flavor with minimal effort. Whether you’re after a quick dinner idea, an easy recipe for one, or cozy food ideas for chilly days, this creamy ramen checks every box.

Ingredients

1 pack instant ramen noodles

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup milk or heavy cream

1 cup chicken or vegetable broth

1 tablespoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon sesame oil

1 egg, soft-boiled

2 tablespoons chopped green onions

1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)

1 sheet nori, torn (optional)

Instructions

1. Heat sesame oil in a medium saucepan and sauté minced garlic until fragrant.

2. Pour in broth and bring to a simmer. Stir in soy sauce.

3. Slowly add milk or cream, stirring continuously to prevent curdling.

4. Add ramen noodles and cook for 3 minutes until tender but firm.

5. Serve hot in a bowl. Top with soft-boiled egg, green onions, sesame seeds, and nori if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, use low-fat milk and reduce the sesame oil slightly.

Fresh ramen noodles offer better texture but instant works beautifully for speed.
