Description

Creamy Velveeta Beef and Bow Tie Pasta is the kind of easy dinner that makes busy nights feel a lot more delicious. This rich and cheesy pasta recipe combines tender bow tie pasta, seasoned ground beef, and a silky Velveeta sauce for a comforting family meal everyone will want again. It is perfect for quick dinner nights, easy weeknight meals, comfort food cravings, and simple food ideas when you need a hearty pasta dish that truly satisfies.

Ingredients

12 ounces bow tie pasta

1 pound ground beef

2 tablespoons butter

1 small onion, finely chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

2 cups Velveeta cheese, cubed

4 ounces cream cheese

1 cup milk

1/2 cup beef broth

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1/2 teaspoon black pepper

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bow tie pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.

2. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned, breaking it up as it cooks. Drain excess grease if needed.

3. Add the butter and chopped onion to the skillet. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion softens. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

4. Pour in the beef broth and milk, then add the cream cheese. Stir until the cream cheese melts into the liquid.

5. Add the cubed Velveeta, paprika, black pepper, and salt. Stir over low heat until the sauce is smooth and creamy.

6. Add the cooked bow tie pasta and toss until fully coated in the sauce.

7. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.

Notes

Do not boil the cheese sauce once the Velveeta is added, or the sauce can become too thick and lose its smooth texture.
