Ingredients
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 pound ground beef
8 ounces penne pasta
1 cup mushrooms, sliced

2 cloves garlic, minced
8 ounces Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1/2 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Instructions
