227g rotini pasta
450g boneless skinless chicken breasts
225g Velveeta cheese, cubed
150g shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup heavy cream
3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rotini pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Cut chicken breasts into strips or bite-sized chunks. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
