1 lb (450g) whole button or cremini mushrooms
1 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon onion powder
½ teaspoon smoked paprika
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Vegetable oil for frying
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- Prepare the Mushrooms – Clean mushrooms with a damp paper towel and trim any tough stems.
