1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)

½ teaspoon garlic powder

½ teaspoon onion powder

½ teaspoon smoked paprika

½ teaspoon salt

¼ teaspoon black pepper

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Vegetable oil for frying

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Dipping sauce of choice (ranch, garlic aioli, or spicy mayo)

Instructions

  2. Set Up the Breading Station – Place flour in one bowl, whisk eggs in another, and mix breadcrumbs with seasonings in a third.
  3. Coat the Mushrooms – Roll each mushroom in flour, dip in egg, then coat in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure it sticks.
