Ingredients
6 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/3 cup sliced pepperoncini peppers
1 cup croutons
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup creamy Italian dressing
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce very well, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
2. Halve the cherry tomatoes, thinly slice the red onion, and drain the olives and pepperoncini.
3. Add the romaine, tomatoes, black olives, red onion, and pepperoncini to a large salad bowl.
