Ingredients
1 large head romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup shaved Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
Instructions
1. Wash and dry the romaine lettuce very well, then chop it into bite-sized pieces and place it in a large bowl.
2. Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl with the lettuce.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
