Ingredients
1.5 to 2 pounds cube steak
1 packet onion soup mix
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup water or beef broth
1 small onion, thinly sliced (optional)
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Spray the inside of your slow cooker with non-stick spray or use a liner.
- Layer sliced onions on the bottom (optional).
- Place cube steak evenly across the bottom.
- In a bowl, mix the mushroom soup, chicken soup, water/broth, onion soup mix, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour the gravy mix over the steak.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 6–8 hours or HIGH for 4–5 hours.
