Ingredients

1 ½ cups fresh, canned, or frozen corn kernels (drained if canned, thawed if frozen)

½ cup all-purpose flour

½ tsp baking powder

1 large egg

¼ cup milk

1 tbsp granulated sugar (optional)

½ tsp salt

¼ tsp black pepper

1 small green onion, finely chopped (optional)

Vegetable oil for frying


Instructions
