Ingredients
226 g rotini pasta
150 g dill pickles, sliced
150 g sharp cheddar cheese, cubed
50 g red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped
120 g mayonnaise
80 g sour cream
3 tbsp pickle juice
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
Instructions
1. Cook rotini pasta until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
