Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 packet taco seasoning
8 cups chopped romaine lettuce
1 cup halved cherry tomatoes
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
2 cups crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
1/2 cup diced red onion
1/2 cup Catalina or Ranch dressing
Instructions
1. In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until fully browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add taco seasoning and 1/4 cup of water. Stir and simmer until thickened, about 3–5 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, prep your vegetables: chop the romaine, halve cherry tomatoes, and dice the red onion.
