Ingredients

1 sheet of puff pastry, thawed

1/2 cup frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well-drained

1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 egg (for egg wash)

Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out thawed puff pastry on a lightly floured surface and cut into 3- to 4-inch squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, spinach, artichokes, Parmesan, garlic powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Spoon a small amount of filling into the center of each pastry square.
  5. Fold two opposite corners toward the center to form bunny ears; pinch base slightly.
  6. Brush each pastry with egg wash.
