Description

Easter Bunny Punch is the kind of fun, pastel party drink that instantly brightens any spring table. This easy recipe blends strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, pink lemonade, milk, and lemon-lime soda into a creamy, bubbly treat that feels perfect for Easter brunch, holiday dessert tables, baby showers, and cute party food ideas. Topped with whipped cream, sprinkles, and bunny candies, it is a festive drink recipe that doubles as a sweet centerpiece and a quick make-ahead option for easy entertaining.

Ingredients

3 cups strawberry ice cream

2 cups vanilla ice cream

2 cups pink lemonade, chilled

2 cups lemon-lime soda, chilled

1 cup whole milk

1 cup whipped cream

2 tablespoons pastel sprinkles

1 cup mini marshmallows

6 bunny marshmallows or Peeps

1 tablespoon honey or corn syrup for glass rims

Instructions

1. Dip the rims of 6 glasses in honey or corn syrup, then roll them in pastel sprinkles.

2. Add the strawberry ice cream, vanilla ice cream, pink lemonade, and milk to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.

3. Pour the mixture into a large pitcher or punch bowl.

4. Slowly stir in the lemon-lime soda to keep the drink fizzy.

5. Pour the punch into the prepared glasses.

6. Top each glass with whipped cream, mini marshmallows, extra sprinkles, and one bunny marshmallow or Peep.

7. Serve immediately while cold, creamy, and bubbly.

Notes

Do not add the soda while blending, or the punch can foam too much and lose its fizzy texture.
