Ingredients

2 pounds cheese ravioli (fresh or frozen)

4 cups marinara sauce

1 1/2 cups ricotta cheese

2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley (optional)


Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Spread 1 cup of marinara sauce on the bottom of the dish.

3. Add a layer of ravioli over the sauce.

4. Dollop ricotta cheese over the ravioli.

5. Sprinkle mozzarella and parmesan evenly on top.

6. Repeat layers until ingredients are used up, finishing with cheese.

7. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.

8. Remove foil and bake an additional 10–15 minutes until golden and bubbly.

9. Let rest for 5 minutes, garnish with parsley, and serve.

Notes

You can swap in meat-filled ravioli or spinach ravioli for variety.

For extra richness, add a layer of béchamel or cream sauce in between.
