Ingredients
4 large bell peppers
1 pound ground beef
1 cup cooked rice
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
salt to taste

Instructions
1. Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove seeds and membranes. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Add onion and garlic, cook until soft.
3. Stir in cooked rice, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Stuff each pepper with the beef mixture. Place in baking dish and cover with foil. Bake for 30 minutes.
