Ingredients
9 lasagna noodles
2 cups shredded chicken
1 ½ cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon garlic powder
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
1. Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions until al dente. Drain and lay flat to avoid sticking.
2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, ¼ cup parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
3. Spread some Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
4. Lay out noodles and spread about 2-3 tablespoons of filling on each. Roll up and place seam-side down in the dish.
5. Pour remaining Alfredo sauce over the top. Sprinkle remaining mozzarella and parmesan.
