Ingredients
340g white chocolate chips
1 can (397g) sweetened condensed milk
120g dried cranberries
1 tablespoon orange zest
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
Instructions
1. Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy lifting.
2. In a saucepan over low heat, melt the white chocolate chips with sweetened condensed milk, stirring constantly.
3. Once smooth, remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, orange zest, and salt.
4. Fold in most of the dried cranberries, reserving some for topping.
5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared pan and smooth it out.
6. Sprinkle the remaining cranberries and a little extra zest on top.
7. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours, or until firm.
8. Once chilled, lift out the fudge and slice into small squares.
Notes
For the best flavor, use freshly grated orange zest (not store-bought dried peel).
Store the fudge in the fridge for clean slices or freeze for later!
