3 cups frozen corn (or fresh corn off the cob)

2 tablespoons unsalted butter

1 tablespoon honey

¼ teaspoon salt (adjust to taste)

⅛ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter completely. Swirl to coat the surface.
  2. Add corn (no need to thaw if frozen). Spread evenly in the pan.
