1 ½ pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into chunks
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 green bell pepper, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
2 cups broccoli florets
2 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon rice vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
½ teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
Fresh cilantro, chopped, for garnish
Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, ginger, and crushed red pepper flakes.
